Model suitable for companies having a high solvent consumption, manufactured according to EExd standards European ATEX Directive (II 2G). The reclaiming equipment consists of two separate units, the main one is the tank where evaporation takes place, which is connected to the secondary unit, where the diathermic oil is heated and and the solvent vapour is condensed.
The working cycle is driven by a Microprocessor equipped with digital TOUCH SCREEN display carrying out diagnostic/alarm function and advising when any operation and/or ordinary upkeep is needed.
Functioning:
The solvent to be reclaimed is poured into the Stainless steel tank Aisi 304 and brought to a boil. The vapours (volatile share), separated from the polluting substances, like ink, paint, grease, pigments, resin (non-volatile share), pass through the cooling battery, where they are condensed. Finally they flow down into the collecting tank. The residuals inside the tank can be removed using the valve placed on the bottom of tank (it depends on the type of residue) or through the manual pivoting system. |
